Terms of Use
Last updated: June 12, 2026
What these terms cover
Your use of the basin.ai website is subject to these terms. The site is run by Basin, Inc., a Delaware corporation based in San Francisco, CA, and by browsing it you agree to them. The platform itself — the MCP endpoint and the AdCP tool surface — remains gated and is covered by the separate agreement made at onboarding.
No public product yet
Basin is currently running a gated pilot with its first publishers. What this site shows, including the simulated product demos, spans capabilities that are live, being built, or planned; /llms.txt documents where each one stands. Nothing here should be read as an offer, a service-level promise, a guarantee of outcomes, or professional advice.
Requesting access
Sending the request-access form opens a conversation; it does not create a contract. You confirm that what you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to speak for the company you name. Every request is reviewed, and we may approve or decline it at our discretion; pilot participation is set out in the agreement signed at onboarding. The Privacy Policy explains how the form data is handled.
Acceptable use
Use the site within the law. Do not pose as someone else in the request-access form, disrupt how the site operates, probe or overload the infrastructure behind it, or try to reach non-public systems. Report security issues to the address listed in /.well-known/security.txt.
Agents welcome
Automated agents are free to read this site through its documented surfaces: llms.txt, the markdown variant of each page, and the .well-known resources. What the content may be used for is stated in the robots.txt Content Signals. Agents are held to the same acceptable-use rules as people.
Intellectual property
The Basin name, the content of this site and its design are the property of Basin. The Ad Context Protocol is an open standard with its own community governance; platform names and logos appearing in the demonstrations belong to their owners and are shown solely to illustrate interoperability.
Liability
This site is offered as is, with no warranties of any kind. So far as the law permits, Basin accepts no liability for damages that result from using this website or relying on what it says. Protections that applicable law makes mandatory stay in place.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the state and federal courts located in San Francisco have exclusive jurisdiction except where mandatory consumer rules say otherwise. If any provision turns out to be invalid, the remainder continues to apply.
